5/6 working days from the order date for standard products, subject to prior sale
Order Balances Partial order balances will be shipped only if equal to or greater than the minimum order - € 400.00 + VAT, without prejudice to all other conditions of sale. Otherwise the customer will be contacted to agree whether to cancel or adjust the order balance
Missing Goods
The lost or damaged goods will be reinstated only upon presentation by mail of the copy of the DDT with explicit reservation for damage or loss and note of the missing quantity/damage suffered. The request methods are the following:
Damaged goods: within 8 days of receipt (as evidenced by the date on the delivery note countersigned by the customer and the carrier) attaching photographic documentation of the damage.
Missing goods: within 24 hours of receipt (the date on the transport document countersigned by the customer and the carrier is the proof).
After these terms, no reinstatement will be made. Therefore we invite you to check the quality and quantity of the goods before signing the transport document
Returns
The authorization to return goods must be requested within 60 days from the date of the transport document.
When the need to return goods is attributable to an error by Paperlynen, the return of goods is at Paperlynen's expense; for the other cases, each single will be evaluated
request that must be sent by email to the commercial offices which, if positive, will issue authorization to return goods.
In the event of no prior authorization, the return of the goods will not give the right to claim any credit, nor will the company pay the costs of transport related to the return
